This holiday resort/hotel is located in Acharavi in the north of the island just 600metres from the beach, shops, tavernas and all amenities. Set on a plot of 16.500,00 sqm, this has been fully landscaped with an automatic irrigation system and has areas laid to lawn, a large variety of trees, shrubs and flowers including palms, olives and bougainvillea. The setting offers peace, quiet and privacy for its guests and provides a relaxing holiday location in a tranquil setting.
The hotel, which has a full operation license granted by the National Tourist Organisation of Greece, features a reception, 2 private swimming pools β€“ one large pool of 22m x 7m and a circular childrenβ€™s pool, 4.5 m in diameter and a poolside Snack Bar. There is also a children's playground, Jacuzzi, tennis court and a parking area.
Accessed via a private asphalt road through the grounds, the accommodation is as follows:
- Building A (285 sqm) & Building B (310 sqm) comprising of 2-bedded studios with a total of 36 beds. The studios all feature fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms, spacious verandas, air-conditioning and satellite TVs.
- Building C (630 sqm) comprises of 16 x 2-bedded studios, all of which are designed to be able to take a 3rd bed in each. These all feature fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms, air-conditioning and satellite TVs. The studios in this building have intercommunicating doors (between every 2 studio) so they can easily be converted to create 8 x 4-bedded or 6-bedded accommodations with 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens.
Total Beds in Building C is 32 but if utilised to the maximum with the 3rd bed there is the potential for a total of 48 beds.
- There are also 5 x family apartments each 58 sqm in size with a further total of 20 beds.
Utilising all the beds as well as spare beds and cots, the hotel has a total occupancy of 118.
The hotel has two boiler rooms with an automatic fire- extinguishing system. Fire sensors are also fitted in all rooms. There are three water tanks with capacity 50 m3 each. The hotel is self sufficient with regards to water supply β€“ two boreholes supply 24 m3 of water per hour therefore mains water supply is not required from the municipality. This ensures a great saving in what would normally be a considerable running cost.
In accordance with the existing plans, there is also the potential and ability to extend the existing hotel to construct a further 10 x 4 bedded family apartments.
