About the villa:

Designed by an Italian architect in the style of a Spanish Hacienda, this stunning luxury seafront villa has recently been totally renovated and offers you luxury holiday living with all modern features and comforts. With 5 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, a large fully fitted and equipped modern kitchen, all the modern appliances and audio visual systems provided throughout the villa are in place to provide all modern comforts .

The main entrance to the villa is into a hallway that leads into a spacious living room and dining area. Light, bright and airy, there are wonderful high wooden beamed ceilings and numerous patio doors open onto the large covered terrace.  The modern kitchen is fully fitted and equipped and from here there is also access to the covered terrace as well as the external covered dining area. On the right hand side of the villa is a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a small sitting area. A mezzanine area here also offers sleeping accommodation for two guests. This area is connected to the main villa but also has its own separate entrance to create a small private guest apartment.  To the left of the main entrance is a guest WC and 4 further bedrooms. All the bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms and all have direct access out to the gardens. The villa beautifully furnished in a modern design with Italian furniture. All the beds are eco logical with coco-mat mattresses made of natural materials.

Paleokastritsa is considered to be one of the most beautiful villages in Corfu with the resort being made up of a series of bays and sandy beaches with wonderful turquoise waters.
